Frequently Asked Questions

We understand you may have some questions related to Massage Therapy. Below are some frequently asked questions about treatment. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact us.

Do I have to remove all my clothes?

During treatment, you will be fully covered by a sheet and blanket. Only the areas being treated will be undraped. Skin-to-skin contact is best, however we want you to feel comfortable and be able to fully relax. Remove only the articles of clothing that you feel comfortable with.

Do you have any appointments other than what is available online?

If you are having a difficult time finding an appointment online that fits your schedule, please contact us directly. We will be happy to find something that works for you. 

Do you do direct billing?

We offer direct billing to most insurance companies (see the Rates tab) with your written consent. Some plans may require a physician's referral. It is your responsibility to confirm your plan coverage prior to your first appointment.  

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes we do! A therapeutic massage is a great way to show someone you care. Gift certificates can be purchased in the clinic.

Should I Tip?

I do not accept tips! The best way to show your appreciation is to recommend me to your friends and family, or leave me a Google review.

Do you do Deep Tissue?

I am able to adjust my pressure to meet the needs of most clients. It's important to know that a massage shouldn't hurt for it to be effective. Being in pain throughout your massage can actually counteract the therapeutic benefits as your muscles may not be able to relax.

Do you have a cancellation list?

The best way to be notified about last minute openings is to follow my social media where I make regular posts. You can also contact me and I will add you to a list with your preferred date/time.
